We understand that schedules can shift and life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, providing as much notice as possible is truly appreciated. Advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer that reserved time to another guest on the waitlist who may be hoping to come in sooner.
Retail and Service Guarantee
All retail purchases include a 7-day product guarantee, which allows you to return the item for salon credit if it isn’t the right fit for your hair.
If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out within 7 days so we can make any minor adjustments needed to ensure you love your final result. Your satisfaction and confidence in your hair are always our top priority.
