Reservation Policy
We understand that plans can change and unexpected things can come up. If you need to adjust, reschedule, or cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for more than 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another guest who may be waiting.
Reservations adjusted or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the originally reserved services, which will be due at your next visit. This helps honor the time set aside just for you in our one-on-one studio.
Retail and Service Guarantee
All retail purchases include a 7-day product guarantee, which allows you to return the item for salon credit if it isn’t the right fit for your hair.
If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out within 7 days so we can make any minor adjustments needed to ensure you love your final result. Your satisfaction and confidence in your hair are always our top priority.
