Prepare

Reservation Request
 

Once your reservation request has been received, you’ll receive a confirmation email from my online reservation system within 24 hours.
If, for any reason, the time or date you requested isn’t available, I’ll reach out personally via email (you’ll see it come from hello@chaddemchuk.com).
Within 24 hours of your reservation being confirmed, you’ll also receive your New Guest Welcome Guide — filled with helpful parking information, what to expect, and how to make the most of your Honey & Ginger Salon experience.

Reservation Confirmation
 

You’ll receive an initial text message 72 hours before your reservation to confirm your time. This helps ensure your schedule is still perfect and allows me to prepare everything you’ll need for your visit.


If you haven’t had a chance to respond, a follow-up email reminder will be sent 24 hours before your reservation, which also serves as your final confirmation. It’s quick and easy to confirm directly through either message — no login or app required.

Each visit is a chance to reconnect and talk about your hair goals — some stay the same, others grow and change with you.
Bring photos that inspire you (or show what you’d rather avoid!) so we can bring your vision to life.

In the Chair

 

After our recap of our consultation, we’ll create a customized plan using the perfect blend of products and techniques to achieve your desired look.

Then, sit back and relax while your color processes — this is your time to unwind. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and charging stations, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with your choice of coffee, tea, soft drinks, sparkling water, or adult beverage for those over the age of 21. A curated selection of light snacks is always available to make your visit feel extra comfortable.

Reveal

 

Before you head out, we’ll review your personalized home care routine and create a maintenance plan to keep your color and style looking their best.

We’ll also capture a few photos of your fresh new look — a little moment to celebrate your color, confidence, and the way you feel before stepping back into your day.

Finally, we’ll secure your next reservation before you go. The most popular days and times fill quickly, so it’s the best way to ensure your preferred spot is waiting just for you.
