Where can I find Honey and Ginger Hair Salon?Where is Honey & Ginger Hair Salon located? Honey & Ginger Hair Salon is located inside Image Studios, 6050 N Central Expy, Dallas, TX 75206. Image Studios is a salon suite building housing 30 individual mini-salons. You can find me in Suite 105. Look for a map on the left inside the building to guide you!

What are your hours?Our salon business hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:00 am through 6:00 pm. We may be reached via phone Tuesday through Friday (214) 838-1776 from 9:00 am through 7:00 pm.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, chip credit cards, contactless payments, digital wallets like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, and cash. Gratuity is always appreciated (but not required) and can be given via any of the forms listed.

Can I come in without an appointment?Currently, we work by appointment only to ensure every client receives personalized attention. You can easily book online through our online reservation system.

Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to ensure a relaxed start to your appointment. While IMAGE Studios offers several reserved parking spots, they aren’t always guaranteed, so giving yourself a little extra time helps ensure you can enjoy the full experience without feeling rushed. What should I do when I arrive?When you arrive, head directly to Suite 105. If we are still with a client, feel free to relax on the bench outside of our room, or in the common waiting area, and we’ll come get you as soon as we are available.

Do I need to schedule a consultation?For chemical services, a previous consultation separate from the service appointment is required. This allows us to meet, go over the hair goals to be achieved, as well as set and manage expectations. This also allows us to make sure we schedule enough time on the day of for the service in order to create your gorgeous new look.

What is your cancellation and no show policy?Though emergencies sometimes happen, the Honey & Ginger Hair Salon kindly requests a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to help serve other guests. Any cancellations/reschedulings with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee of the reserved service(s) to continue to book future services with the business.

What happens if I am running late?We understand that things happen! If you’re running late, please text or call us at (214) 838-1776. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid overlapping with the next guest.

Are there amenities available during my appointment?Absolutely! You’ll have access to complimentary Wi-Fi, phone chargers, and a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and sparkling water. We also offer snacks to keep you comfy while your color processes. There are also other professionals in the building who offer additional services, such as waxing, manicures and pedicures, lash extensions, injectibles, and so much more! Can I bring my child with me to my hair appointment?We love kids, but we recommend that children be accompanied by another adult during your appointment. Our suite space is intimate and is best suited for adult services. We want to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for everyone.

What product lines do you carry?We use high-quality professional products tailored to your hair needs. Our product lines include well-known and trusted brands: Joico, Redken, L'Oreal, Keratin Complex, and Color Wow.

How often should I get my hair done?While we each have our own preference of frequency, here is a suggested maintenance schedule: Haircut: 4-6 weeks Regrowth touch-up and refresh: 3-6 weeks Highlight touch-up: 6-12 weeks Hair extensions: 8-10 weeks

What is the best way to prepare for haircolor service?To ensure maximum coverage and lift with hair color, we encourage to come in with freshly washed and dried hair, within 24 hours of service. If you have sensitivities to hair color or other chemicals, it is not recommended to stimulate the scalp for a minimum of 6-8 hours before service. Forms of stimulation can be the shampoo or conditioning process, head massage, excessive scratching on the scalp, or brushing of the head, etc. "Root Cover-ups" can sometimes impede the coloring process, so we do not recommend having it on when you come in. If there is an excessive amount on, we will need to wash and blow dry the hair before the coloring service, which may incur an additional charge.

Can I return a product I purchased?All retail purchases from the Honey & Ginger Hair Salon come with a 7-day return/exchange policy.
