You can reserve your first visit directly through our online booking system. New guests begin with a consultation or non-chemical service so we can understand your goals, your hair’s history, and the direction you’d like to go. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan and schedule your future color services.
Every guest’s hair color story is unique, and we want to ensure your experience is thoughtful, accurate, and tailored from the very beginning. As a private, one-on-one studio with a carefully curated selection of color and tools, a dedicated consultation allows us to assess your hair’s history, understand your goals, and confirm we have exactly what we need to create your desired results. It ensures we’re fully prepared before your appointment begins, so your hair stays healthy and your final look feels intentional, seamless, and beautifully customized.
Our online booking system allows reservations up to 90 days in advance, and most guests prefer to secure their appointment(s) that far out to ensure they get the days and times that work best for their schedules. Because availability can fill quickly in a one-on-one studio setting, we always recommend booking sooner rather than later — especially if you’re hoping for prime or recurring time slots.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You’re also welcome to use contactless options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, card on file, and other tap-to-pay cards. Payments are quick, secure, and designed to make checkout feel seamless and stress-free.
Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
While last-minute emergencies can happen — and we completely understand — we kindly ask that any cancellations, adjustments, or rescheduling be made with more than 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the reservation time to guests on our waitlist who may be hoping for an earlier opening.
Reservations adjusted or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the originally scheduled services, which will be due at the time of your next visit. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you in our one-on-one studio environment.
Timing varies based on the service and your hair’s needs. Most new-guest consultations and non-chemical services take 30–60 minutes. Color appointments range from 2–4 hours depending on complexity, hair length/density, and desired results.
We specialize in gray coverage and blending, red hair color, and dimensional color—each approached with a modern, refined, and realistic touch. Every color decision is customized to complement your skin tone, eye color, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences, ensuring a look that feels beautifully tailored to you.
There are a few services we choose not to offer, simply so we can stay focused on the areas where we do our best work. While many salons absolutely shine in these categories, they’re not part of our menu. These include:
Children’s hair services
Formal styling and updos
Chemical straightening
Perming
Razor haircutting
Keeping our scope intentional helps us pour our energy into the services we truly excel at — and give you the kind of experience you’ll feel great about.
In general, no — Honey & Ginger Salon is a one-on-one studio, and your reserved time is dedicated solely to you.
The only exception is when two guests are intentionally booking together for services during the same block of time. If you’d like to schedule a paired visit, please email hello@chaddemchuk.com so we can reserve the appropriate timing and ensure a smooth experience for both of you.

Gift cards can be purchased online through our booking system and sent digitally to anyone who would enjoy the Honey & Ginger Salon experience. They make a thoughtful and personalized gift.
All gift cards are digital. All gift card sales are final.
To ensure maximum coverage and lift with hair color, we encourage to come in with freshly washed and dried hair, within 24 hours of service.
If you have sensitivities to hair color or other chemicals, it is not recommended to stimulate the scalp for a minimum of 6-8 hours before service. Forms of stimulation can be the shampoo or conditioning proces, head massage, excessive scratching on the scalp. or brushing of the head, etc.
"Root Cover-ups" can sometimes impede the coloring process, so we do not recommend having it on when you come in. If there is an excessive amount on, we will need to wash and blow dry the hair before the coloring service, which may incur an additional charge.
For consultations and haircut reservations, simply come as you are — clean, dry, day-two hair is perfect for assessing your natural texture and how your hair behaves day to day.
Yes, we offer light maintenance services such as bang trims & hairline cleanups for existing guests. These help keep your shape fresh between full visits.
Absolutely — inspiration photos are welcome and helpful! We’ll use them as a guide to understand the feeling, tone, and direction you’re drawn to, then create a version that supports your features and lifestyle.
Know what's also great to bring? Photos of things that you don't like! That helps tighten the parameters of what you do like, while making sure we don't get into areas you don't want to go.
Yes — if your desired date/time isn’t available, we’ll happily add you to the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll receive a notification right away.

While we each have our own preference of frequency, here is a suggested maintenance schedule:
Haircut: 4-6 weeks
Regrowth touch-up and refresh: 3-6 weeks
Highlight touch-up: 6-12 weeks
We use high-quality professional products tailored to your hair needs. Our product lines include well-known and trusted brands:
Joico, Redken, L'Oreal, Keratin Complex, and Color Wow.
We love kids, but we recommend that children be accompanied by another adult during your appointment. Our suite space is intimate and is best suited for adult services. We want to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for everyone.
Absolutely! You'll have access to complimentary Wi-fi, phone chargers, and a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and sparkling water. We also offer snacks to keep you comfy while your color processes.
Other professionals in the building offer additional services, such as waxing, manicures and pedicures, lash extensions, injectables, and so much more! For a full list of active service providers, please visit here.
We understand that things happen! If you're running late, please text or call us at (214) 838-1776. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid overlapping with the next guest.
When you arrive, head directly to Suite # 105. If we are still with another guest, feel free to relax on the bench outside the room or in the common waiting area, and we'll get you as soon as we are available.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure a relaxed start, to your appointment. While IMAGE Studios offers several reserved parking spots, they aren't always guaranteed, so giving yourself a little extra time helps ensure you can enjoy the full experience without feeling rushed.
